Election Integrity Project®Nevada LLC (EIPNv)is a non-partisan public benefit, tax exempt, non-profit 501(c)(3), corporation committed to defending, through education, research, and advocacy the civil rights of U.S. citizens to fully participate in the election process under Federal and state law.
Election Integrity Project®Nevada LLC (EIPNv) was formed in 2019 under Election Integrity Project®California (82-2326062).
EIPNv believes that the electoral process is the cornerstone of self-governance and the preservation of our Constitutional Republic. EIPNv focuses on the voting process so that every lawfully cast vote is accurately counted.
As a non-partisan organization, EIPNv does not participate in any political campaign, nor does it endorse any candidate for public office.
Over the past 6 years EIPNv filed lawsuits requesting the clean-up of voter registration rolls based on our findings in Nevada and in the cross-over Findings in Nevada and California. We filed legal action challenging the California-style elections laws from being used in Nevada elections.
EIPNv is an all-volunteer organization and cannot function without your donations.
The state of Nevada has prosecuted a number of election-related offenses, including illegal voting, voter registration fraud, and petition fraud. State law establishes criminal penalties and prosecution.

2011 Amy Adele Busefink & Christopher Howell Edwards (ACORN)
They pleaded guilty/entered pleas involving illegal compensation of voter registration workers (paying bonuses per registration), which Nevada law prohibited.
2013 Roxanne Rubin attempted to vote twice
The later disposition (fine, community service) is reflected in Nevada election integrity summaries.
This is well documented. She registered under a false name and voted in 2008 and 2010.
2014 Biqui Diana Parra Rodriguez
Las Vegas resident pleaded guilty to two felony counts of voter registration fraud and identity theft.
She pleaded guilty to one felony count after originally facing multiple counts involving voter registration forms and received 19–48 months in prison.
2017 Renaldo Johnson petition fraud
The Secretary of State presentation indicates he ultimately received 12–34 months in prison.
2020 discarded mail ballots at apartment complexes
In 2020, photographs and videos of mail-in ballots lying on the ground, on top of cluster mailboxes, in apartment common areas, and in trash receptacles.
January 2025 Mark White voted in Nevada and Arizona
Strong citation. This is one of the clearest recent Nevada criminal election cases.
